Walt Stinson and Steven Weiner founded ListenUp in Denver in 1972 to provide the very best in sound reproduction. Breckenridge Home
Here This seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom home won the Mountain Living Peak Award for best overall home at the Summit County Builders Association Parade of Homes. The home was built by Pinnacle Mountain Homes with cutting-edge electronics, window coverings and lighting by ListenUp.
Colorado Springs Parade of Homes
Here ListenUp had 7 homes featured in the 2024 Colorado Springs Parade of homes.
Castle Rock Home
Facing the Rockies, this retrofit custom integration project by ListenUp is a completed Control4 controlled project with whole home Control4 lighting, Hunter Douglas shades, Control4 touch panels and door station, Bowers & Wilkins flush mount loudspeakers, and Control4 and Arcam amplification. The home featured two home theater areas and Alexa voice control throughout the home.
Sedalia Home
When the Covid19 pandemic hit, a robust network based on a strong internet connection was essential for the homeowners of this Sedalia property. ListenUp stepped in and delivered not only a high performance network solution for this remote home, but also created an elegant smart home system that included Lutron lighting control, motorized Hunter Douglas shades, doorbell and garage door monitoring and control, climate control and distributed audio and video throughout.
Avon Home
This beautiful Avon, Colorado home won CEPro’s Best Whole-House Smart Home Project $150K - $1M, featuring ListenUp’s lighting, window treatments, thermostats, surveillance systems and security. The centerpiece of this elegant installation was a $17K 75” Seura Mirror TV featuring a large gold frame. The piece was so large and heavy it took 6 installers to hang.
