TRICIA HADDAD, Allied ASID – Communications Director
Tricia has called Colorado home for nearly 40-years having grown up in Colorado Springs where she attended high school. She also attended college in-state having originally enrolled at UNC and then later transferred and earned a BA in Communications at the University of Colorado at Denver. In her former professional career, she worked in PR and Marketing for Metro Brokers Inc. In addition, she opened and managed one of Denver’s finest luxury high-rises in downtown Denver as a Property Manager. She worked for such reputable property management companies as Koelbel and Co., The Hanover Company, and UDR. She’s the proud Mom of two dynamic (and high energy) boys with whom she currently resides in Castle Rock. A lifelong passion turned into a reality once Tricia made the commitment to return to academics, and then by graduating Magna Cum Laude with an Associates Degree in Interior Design through Arapahoe Community College in the spring of 2021. Presently, she’s employed as a residential luxury home designer by Sterling Custom Homes. She’s been a member of ASID since 2017, and has thoroughly enjoyed volunteering at various industry-related events and has aided the Emerging Professionals’ Committee, Programs’ Committee, and Crystal Awards’ Committee. In her spare time, Tricia enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, as well as by creating art projects, shooting hoops, and hiking with her boys, and their beloved Labradoodle Bailey. Tricia finds inspiration through sustainable design(s); unique historical renovation projects; and, through artwork and talented artisans of all kinds. Whenever granted the opportunity for more free time, she would pursue her love of sketching or painting with water colors.
